While I have only fired it up twice- works perfectly- I think sometime maybe people play with the buttons-use wrong fuel - don't have enough power? Mine came with an AC converter - Fingers crossed but very good so far

The heater performed great when we had 32 degree weather here in FL. Ducted it into our bedroom window and it over heated our room the 1st night. Ran it Several days in a row on low and it worked perfectly. Will buy another for next year for our great room.

This is one of the best Diesel heaters out there. I use it to supplement the heat in a 30x50 shop. Lowered my consumption by 2/3, easy to use controller, I live in Idaho so I use the high altitude functionality, I have found it works way better on High Altitude all over the country, as we have one in our camper too. Best bang for the buck for the BTU's it puts out.
