Review of the Hcalory 50 Liter 12V Portable Freezer/Refrigerator

As I'm recording this, I'm camping in Texas, where the temperature is expected to reach 102 degrees today. Needless to say, regular coolers just won't cut it, which is why I'm thrilled to be testing the Hcalory 50 Liter 12V Portable Freezer/Refrigerator.

This incredible device can run on either 12V or 24V and features a smart controller inside. I've been running it off a 30Ah battery, powered by solar panels, and it's been performing flawlessly. The current draw is minimal when idle, and it peaks at around 6A when cooling. My battery has had no issues keeping up with the demand, even in this scorching heat.

The cooler is extremely well-insulated and built to last. It has two zones: a freezer and a refrigerator, which can be divided using a clever sliding mechanism. The smart controls allow you to set the temperature, and I was impressed to see it cool down from 25°C to 0°C in just 20 minutes.

The capacity of this cooler is staggering. I managed to fit 24 12oz beers, 16 24oz Gatorades, and 19 16.9oz bottles of water inside. The handles are sturdy and can handle the weight, which is a relief.

The control panel is intuitive, with a temperature readout, on/off button, and settings for max, eco, and Celsius/Fahrenheit modes. There's even an LED light inside the cooler, which is super helpful at night.

One of the most impressive features is the divider, which allows you to create separate freezer and refrigerator zones. The cooler senses when the divider is in place and adjusts the temperature accordingly. This is perfect for keeping certain items frozen while keeping others refrigerated.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the Hcalory 50 Liter 12V Portable Freezer/Refrigerator. It's a game-changer for camping trips or any situation where you need reliable refrigeration on the go. And at a price point of around $240, it's a steal compared to similar products on the market.
