Large 7.5L fuel tank provides up to 62.5 hours of continuous heat on a single fill. Wireless remote doubles as an indoor thermostat, sensing the actual room temperature for precise control. Upgraded silent fuel pump eliminates the irritating ticking sounds found in traditional heaters. Includes 1.5m extension cable for indoor control panel mounting. Fits for vans, cabins, or tents.
True Remote Temperature Control
The wireless remote doubles as an indoor thermostat, sensing the actual room temperature for precise control. Place the heater outside your tent, van, or cabin and simply run the heat duct inside. This allows for a safer, quieter, and more space-efficient setup, as the main unit no longer needs to occupy your living area. Enjoy perfectly automated comfort based on the temperature where you are, not at the heater's location.
Rapid 3-Minute Warmth
Experience on-demand heat in just three minutes, even in sub-zero conditions. Our advanced aluminum body and optimized combustion system work together to deliver powerful, consistent warmth the moment you need it. This swift response is complemented by 36% better fuel efficiency, significantly saving on operating costs without sacrificing performance.
Up To 62.5 Hours With Minimum Setting
Designed for long-lasting adventures, the large 7.5L fuel tank provides up to 62.5 hours of continuous heat on a single fill. This exceptional duration, combined with superior fuel efficiency, means fewer refills and uninterrupted warmth for entire weekends or off-grid excursions. Rely on steady comfort in even the most frigid climates.
Quiet Operation with Silent Fuel Pump
The air duct outlet remains the primary noise source (65 dB, equivalent to normal conversation), but our upgraded silent fuel pump eliminates the irritating ticking sounds found in traditional heaters. Perfect for uninterrupted sleep in vans, cabins, or tents.
All-Terrain Adaptive Performance
Never lose efficiency at high altitudes. Our heater auto-adjusts its combustion for optimal performance up to 18,000 feet (5.5km), ensuring full heat output and fuel economy in mountainous terrain. Perfect for high-altitude climb or at a remote alpine worksite.
⚠️Notice: About the Carbon Monoxide Sensor
The CO sensor is integrated into the wireless remote control. You can set custom alarm and shutdown thresholds (recommended: 200–500 ppm) via the mobile app. When CO levels reach the alarm threshold, a beep sounds; at the shutdown threshold, the heater automatically powers off and displays error code E11.
Smoke or other indoor sources (such as fireplaces or stoves) may also trigger the sensor. After checking the source, you can restart the heater normally.

1. What makes the TB MAX Diesel Heater different from other portable diesel heaters?
The TB MAX features a large 7.5L fuel tank for up to 62.5 hours of continuous heat, an upgraded silent fuel pump, and precise wireless temperature control. Ideal for vans, RVs, cabins, or tents.
2. How fast does the TB MAX heat up?
The heater provides rapid warmth in about 3 minutes thanks to its advanced aluminum body and optimized combustion system, giving reliable heat on-demand for camping, off-grid cabins, or mobile use.
3. Can the TB MAX be used at high altitudes?
Yes. The TB MAX automatically adjusts combustion for reliable performance up to 18,000 ft (5.5 km), making it perfect for high-altitude adventures or mountainous locations.
4. How does the wireless remote work?
The wireless remote doubles as an indoor thermostat, sensing the actual room temperature for precise control. It allows you to manage heat safely from inside your van, cabin, or tent without placing the main unit indoors.
5. Is the CO sensor integrated?
Yes. The CO sensor is built into the wireless remote. Set custom alarm and shutdown thresholds (200–500 ppm recommended) via the mobile app.
The heater sounds an alarm at the threshold and shuts off automatically at the shutdown level (error code E11). Smoke or other indoor sources may trigger the sensor—after checking, the heater can be restarted normally.
6. How quiet is the TB MAX?
The upgraded silent fuel pump eliminates ticking sounds, keeping noise levels low. The primary sound comes from the air duct outlet (~65 dB).
7. Where should the TB MAX not be used?
Do not operate near flammable vapors or dust, such as fuel depots, gas stations, or lumber yards. Keep away from fuel tanks, compressors, clothing, and fire extinguishers to prevent fire hazards.
8. How should I install the exhaust and ventilation system?
Ensure all air inlets and exhaust pipes are clear. The metal exhaust pipe must vent outdoors to prevent carbon monoxide buildup. Avoid using the heater in sealed or poorly ventilated areas.
9. Is the wireless remote compatible with other Hcalory heaters?
Yes. The wireless temperature sensing remote control applicable for TB MAX, TB2S, TB2S+, and TC2S models.
This is a very good little heat source. I have it set up outside my woodshop and ran the duct through the wall along with the controls. It is a fair-sized space (320 sq ft) and it is able to warm it up nicely. it runs for 4 or 5 hours at a time and only uses a little over a liter of fuel each time. I did have to replace a clamp on the fuel line due to a leak when I first set it up, but I was looking for that after reading several reviews. I would certainly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a small heat source for an outbuilding.
Unit is definitely more expensive than others but what sold me was the ability for it to turn on and off with temperature/ambient air settings under mode options. so you set your desired temp and unit turns on and off automatically. Remote is easy to use, i just set it where I want the ambient air to be and unit does its thing. The APP is super easy and probably the best feature with the unit.
Further more ive had this unit completely apart 3x now and in 20 pieces and its super easy to do, plug and play besides some exterior screws. Overall its a far superior product and customer service cant get any better. If you have issues with your unit best to message them here on FB, way faster response.
Last note: u do get a small diesel smell at start up but goes away fast. ( normal ) I have a digital handheld CO2 and put next to unit when running and on the heat outlet and nothing, not one number on co2 moves. I even mounted mine under my bed, pic enclosed.
Worked perfect out of the box. Bluetooth is the way to go.
Fuel pump is essentially silent.
Glad to see the upgraded burn chamber as well (in YouTube teardowns) hcalory, you really need to show that you are using better components than the cheapies. Too many people think all these heaters are the same. The TB Max is not.
Great, innovative product that checks all the boxes for me.
Great heater!, I need a bigger one
