Just unboxed the HBU1S today. First impression: this thing feels solid. The housing looks way more durable than I expected. Haven't installed it yet, but everything in the box arrived in good shape.

Installed the HBU1S in my 30ft RV. The vertical/horizontal mounting option actually helped a lot since space is tight. It gets warm super quick and keeps the RV around 70°-75°F even when temps drop to the 40s at night.
Fuel efficiency is noticeably better than my old 5KW unit. The noise is just a steady hum-not silent, but not loud either.
The only con is the manual could be clearer, but the system itself works great once you get everything hooked up.

Packaging was great. Nothing was damaged in transit. The manual looks a little basic, but at least all the parts are clearly labeled. Haven’t used it yet.
