E-01: Start-up Failure
Check the operation of the oil pump.
Inspect oil circuit interfaces for wax build-up or blockages.
E-02: Lack of Oil and Stalling
Examine the fuel tank for insufficient oil.
E-03: Abnormal Voltage
Ensure the heater supply voltage type matches the actual vehicle voltage.
Verify the supply voltage is within 18V to 32V for the 24V version.
Confirm the supply voltage is within 9V to 18V for the 12V version.
Check the main harness connector for secure connection.
E-04: Air Outlet Temperature Sensor Failure
Check for loose or false connections in the outlet air temperature sensor connector.
If the outlet air sensor fails, replace the mainboard.
In case of mainboard failure, replace the mainboard.
E-05: Inlet Air Temperature Sensor
Replace the motherboard if the inlet air sensor fails.
E-06: Oil Pump Abnormality
Inspect the oil pump plug for loose connections.
Check the main wiring harness for disconnections.
If the oil pump fails, replace the oil pump.
E-07: Fan Abnormalities
Ensure the fan impeller of the car is not jammed.
Check for loose or false connections in the fan plug.
Replace the fan if it fails.
Verify if the wind wheel induction magnet is missing or has the wrong polarity.
Confirm the mainboard wind speed sensor is functioning correctly.
In case of mainboard failure, replace the mainboard.
E-08: Ignition Plug Abnormalities
Check the ignition plug for false connections.
Replace faulty ignition plugs.
If the mainboard fails, replace it.
E-09: High Temperature Protection
Replace the sensor if the furnace temperature sensor type is incorrect or faulty.
In case of mainboard failure, replace the mainboard.
E-10: Furnace Temperature Sensor Abnormal
Check the furnace temperature sensor connector for loose or false connections.
Replace the sensor if the furnace temperature sensor type is incorrect or faulty.
In case of mainboard failure, replace the mainboard.
