1. What makes the TB MAX Diesel Heater different from other portable diesel heaters?
The TB MAX features a large 7.5L fuel tank for up to 62.5 hours of continuous heat, an upgraded silent fuel pump, and precise wireless temperature control. Ideal for vans, RVs, cabins, or tents.

2. How fast does the TB MAX heat up?
The heater provides rapid warmth in about 3 minutes thanks to its advanced aluminum body and optimized combustion system, giving reliable heat on-demand for camping, off-grid cabins, or mobile use.

3. Can the TB MAX be used at high altitudes?
Yes. The TB MAX automatically adjusts combustion for reliable performance up to 18,000 ft (5.5 km), making it perfect for high-altitude adventures or mountainous locations.

4. How does the wireless remote work?
The wireless remote doubles as an indoor thermostat, sensing the actual room temperature for precise control. It allows you to manage heat safely from inside your van, cabin, or tent without placing the main unit indoors.

5. Is the CO sensor integrated?
Yes. The CO sensor is built into the wireless remote. Set custom alarm and shutdown thresholds (200–500 ppm recommended) via the mobile app. 

The heater sounds an alarm at the threshold and shuts off automatically at the shutdown level (error code E11). Smoke or other indoor sources may trigger the sensor—after checking, the heater can be restarted normally.

6. How quiet is the TB MAX?
The upgraded silent fuel pump eliminates ticking sounds, keeping noise levels low. The primary sound comes from the air duct outlet (~65 dB).

7. Where should the TB MAX not be used?
Do not operate near flammable vapors or dust, such as fuel depots, gas stations, or lumber yards. Keep away from fuel tanks, compressors, clothing, and fire extinguishers to prevent fire hazards.

8. How should I install the exhaust and ventilation system?
Ensure all air inlets and exhaust pipes are clear. The metal exhaust pipe must vent outdoors to prevent carbon monoxide buildup. Avoid using the heater in sealed or poorly ventilated areas.
