On first installation, the fuel line is filled with air. Use the "Manual Fuel Priming" function (press the combination key while powered off) to force fuel through the line until it reaches the inlet before turning the heater on.
Absolutely NOT. Diesel combustion produces carbon monoxide (CO). The exhaust pipe must be tightly connected and fully discharged outside. Never use it in garages, sealed rooms, or any space without ventilation.
① Turn off the heater before refueling.
② Never operate near gas stations or flammable dust/gas environments.
③ Never unplug the power directly to shut down. The internal fan needs 3-5 minutes to cool down the machine and prevent heat damage.
Requires a 12V or 24V DC power supply (or an AC/DC power adapter for home use). The power source must output at least 15A, as the glow plug draws up to 12A during the 3-5 minute startup sequence.
Note: 12V and 24V systems are not interchangeable.
Securely route the exhaust pipe outdoors away from tents, vehicle tires, or lawns, as exhaust temperatures can reach 400℃. Ensure air intake and heat outlet ducts are completely unobstructed to prevent overheating.
This usually happens if the hot air outlet or duct pipe is bent, crushed, or blocked. Ensure all air ducts are fully extended and unobstructed to allow proper airflow and prevent automatic high-temperature shutoff.
The hot air outlet can exceed 150℃, and the exhaust pipe can exceed 270℃. Always keep paper, cloth, plastic, fuel containers, and other flammable items at least 3 feet (1m) away from both the heat outlet and exhaust pipe.
