I got this for my trip to Tahoe. I was able to power it using a portable power station. It was only consuming around 36w using the 12v adaptor. I was able to make the 5 hour trip and the frozen meat was still frozen when I got there. All the fresh meat were cold and my power station was still at 40%. Much better than a regular cooler.
The cooler is pretty spacious. It holds quite alot of food. There’s a divider to keep some items further away from the cooling section. It’s removable and I took it out so I can fit the large packed meat on the bottom. The cooler came with a regular outlet plug too, but if you have a portable power station like me, I recommend going with the 12v car adaptor. This way there’s no waste for converting DC to AC to DC. Overall a great value for such a large cooler. Runs pretty quiet too.
